Your Gain: Accuracy and flexibility, enabling reviewers to focus on what truly matters—delivering high-quality insights.
Empowering radiologists with tools that match their expertise.
Your Challenge: Early-phase oncology trials require meticulous image data collection and quality assurance while remaining flexible for future centralized reviews.
Our Solution: mediri’s Collect & Hold services offer image collection, quality checks, site support, and project management tailored for early-phase studies. Ideal for trials that need longitudinal imaging data or may integrate centralized reviews later.
Your Gain: Save time, ensure data quality, and stay flexible for future study needs. We make early-phase clinical trials efficient and future-ready.
Let us help you deliver the best results for all stakeholders in your study.

We had a wonderful team christmas party, and we’re incredibly grateful for a fantastic year in 2024. Our celebration started with some fun bowling, followed by a delicious menu at the restaurant uuuhmami in Heidelberg. It was a very sociable evening filled with lots of fun, great conversations, and excellent entertainment.

Today, we spent our lunch break at the magical Christmas market in Heidelberg.
We took the tram to get there, which added to the charm of the experience. The weather was cold but dry, making it perfect for strolling around and enjoying the festive atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the market, and the treats were simply delicious!
A big thank you to our COO Julia Müller for this wonderful lunch break idea.

Stop sending CDs with image data all over the world. Simply upload your medical images via web browser to the central study server – with automatic pseudonymization before upload.
Our study servers are hosted in Germany and comply to BSI C5 standard.
mediri’s image data management software mTRIAL covers the complete workflow of a clinical study from upload to central read and reporting. All stakeholders of a project have real-time access to the image data base. This way we make clinical studies more efficent and secure.

Did you already know that the “Medizinforschungsgesetz” incorporates new regulations for radiation protection notifications? A streamlined procedure for these notifications aims at ensuring that radiation protection-relevant studies, e.g. with imaging end points based on PET or CT imaging, in Germany are approved at a similar speed as in other European countries.
This and many other aspects of the current situation in clinical research have been discussed at the 32. BVMA Symposium in Munich last week, most of them with an optimistic perspective for the next years. Germany is starting to catch up again, because more clinical trials in Germany will not only contribute to our BIP but also provide access to the newest therapies for many patients – many of us.
Many Thanks to BVMA – Bundesverband Medizinischer Auftragsinstitute e.V. for this energizing event!

Today, we are filled with joy and gratitude as we celebrate our 20th anniversary.
Two decades of innovation, challenges, and successes are behind us. We are proud of what we have achieved together and extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated employees, loyal customers, and reliable partners for their support and trust.
Looking to the future, we are ready to explore new paths and continue developing innovative solutions that drive us forward. Together, we will shape the next years of success.

We proudly announce that our colleague @jürgenjenne will present a poster on “Comparison of automated and manual tractography based tcMRgFUS therapy planning” at the ISTU Congress on Friday, September 20 in Taipei. Transcranial MR-guided focused ultrasound (tcMRgFUS) treatment for Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s Tremor is becoming a clinical reality. While DTI tractography can enhance target identification, it is time-consuming, requiring multiple software programs and expert knowledge. The primary objective of the work presented is to streamline tractography-based therapy planning and make it accessible to all without specialized expertise.
The Project tcFUS-Control was supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) on the basis of a decision by the German Bundestag,ZF4173706CR9, ZF4801301CR9, ZF4178404CR9.

We congratulate our colleague Jürgen Jenne and his co-authors for his recent publication on Clinical experience with shear wave elastography (SWE) for assessing healthy uterus in a transabdominal approach.
SWE is a non-invasive imaging modality that measures the elasticity of tissues and which is widely applied to assess liver-related diseases like liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. But also in the field of gynecology, ongoing research is exploring the potential clinical benefits for diagnosis of uterine malignancies.
The aim of the current study was to investigate the uterine sono-elastographic characteristics in healthy women as reference measure for reasonable statements about pathological processes.
